Florence Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy is a member of the Carlson Gracie Team. We offer day and night classes throughout the week to accommodate most schedules.
We are the premier Jiu-Jitsu school in the Florence and Shoals area of North Alabama. We train in the in the traditional style of the Gi and we also train Nogi for the best mix possible. We offer a fun, safe, and friendly environment to come and learn in. Just reminding everyone to invite all the important ladies in your life to the 100% free womens self defense seminar on September 16th at 1:00. We will be going over some techniques that could get you out of a bad jam one day!
All kids classes are canceled. The A/C is out again and it is 98 degrees in the gym. Sorry for the inconvenience. Adults will be training on the other side of the building tonight.
