Falcon family - if you are one of our car riders or drivers, we wanted to share a few items:

1. Thank you for your patience during drop off and pick up.
2. Traffic time has decreased significantly after just two days and will continue to get even better.
3.  The Mount Everest size speed bumps have been removed! 🙌

We are looking forward to a fantastic school year at Florence High School! Thanks to our amazing Florence City Schools Board members, Superintendent Bill Hopkins, Lambert Ezell Durham Architecture, LLC and so many others, FHS has a brand new parking lot! We also want to send a shout out to Florence Alabama Police Department and our FHS School Resource Officers for their help with planning and traffic flow!

Traffic is challenging at the beginning of every school year as we all learn the routine together. Please be patient and remember that it will be slow the first two to three weeks, but will gradually improve everyday until arrival and departure runs like a well-oiled machine!

We will see you tomorrow...Go Falcons!
