Wow, the summer just flew right by, didn’t it?!

This is a 2-week reminder that your homeschool records are due no later than August 1. Forms are online (www.gsaeducators.com) or in your membership packet

Please ensure you are homeschooling legally by renewing your membership by the time school starts in your local school district. For many families this must be completed by July 29.

If you have a senior, due to graduate in December 2026, please contact Rebekah ASAP to ensure we have all your records up to date and all renewal fees are paid for the fall.

We’ve identified the cause of the undelivered emails sent from Apple devices. Below is an explanation from our cybersecurity specialist:

When an iPhone sends an email with multiple attachments, Apple Mail adds several invisible placeholder files labeled ATT00007, ATT00008, ATT00009, ATT00003, etc. These files don’t have a file type or extension. Because they are unidentified, Microsoft Defender’s Safe Attachments feature treats them as potentially unsafe and blocks the entire message, even though the actual PDFs are clean. In short, the real attachments are fine — the unnamed Apple placeholder files are what trigger the security block. When you see these attachments, simply delete them before sending.

To prevent further issues, GSA is actively developing a secure upload system for you to submit your documents directly. We expect to have this available very soon.

Attention high school parents

We have been made aware that we are NOT reciving emails that are being sent to us from APPLE devices! We are diligently working to get this issue corrected!
