Robotics camp is for students interested in
VEX IQ Robotics. Students will learn how to build and code a VEX IQ robot. Students will also learn how to compose an engineering notebook used in competitions. This camp is offered to students entering third through eighth grades. Camp is from 9 AM to 12 PM, June 17th-19th. Drop off is 8:45 AM to 9 AM, pick up is 11:45 AM to 12 PM. Cost is $75.

Mars Hill robotics would like to welcome students from our kindergarten through second grade classes who are interested in coding or robotics to learn more during our Coding Club meetings in April! 🤩 Students will have hands on opportunities to learn more about coding, robotics, and all the technology around us. Meetings will take place each Tuesday in April (7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th) in the MH elementary STEAM lab and will last one hour.
Pick up is promptly at 4:15. Cost is $15 per student.

Our Panther Robotics teams had another great weekend! At the AEROpalooza V5RC tournament, high school team 69812A - Murphy Tidwell, Luke Young, Emma Claire Pate (Connor Smith in absentia) - placed 19th of 47 teams, which qualified them for finals. They showed outstanding perseverance and determination.

At the Roaring Robotics VIQRC tournament, middle school team 698A "The Frawgs" - Zoie Snodgrass and Sarah Lyons (Thomas Little in absentia) - were honored by receiving the Roaring Robotics Sportsmanship Award. Middle school team 698B "The Crushers" - Ethan Clark and Jacob Williams (Bentley Becker in absentia) - placed 5th overall, while elementary team 697B "Sound Ninjas" - Reid Spyrer, Nathan Hinton, and Aaron Clark - placed 3rd overall.
