Hi everyone! My name is Loren Tielking and I am currently a freshman who is majoring in nursing. Phi Mu has given me everything I could ask for and more. Growing up, I was never outgoing or confident, but joining Phi Mu changed that. Being in this sisterhood has helped me step out of my comfort zone and build self-confidence. When I met all the amazing girls that represent Phi Mu, I knew I found my home. The best part of Phi Mu is the group of girls: their hearts are genuine and they love each other like family. These girls are always there for me when I need them and encourage me to be the best version of myself. Going to college away from home can be tough, but Phi Mu has given me a home away from home. Needless to say, I could not be happier to be a part of this amazing chapter.

Having the opportunity to lead and be apart of this chapter has helped me grow in more ways than one. I’ve constantly been surrounded by the sweetest gals that push me to be the best version of myself each and everyday. Getting to be Theta Alpha’s President has truly shaped me into a better leader, friend, and person. This chapter is full of such talented and beautiful people that I’m truly grateful to learn from. I will forever cherish this experience and all the friendships I’ve made along the way!
