🎉 Congratulations to Our New Rogers Elementary Administration! 🏴‍☠️💙

Please join us in congratulating Mr. Daniel Lorenzo, who has been named Principal of Rogers Elementary, and Mrs. Monique Belcher, who will serve as Assistant Principal!

Both Mr. Lorenzo and Mrs. Belcher are hardworking, dedicated educators who genuinely care about our students, our staff, and the Rogers community. Their commitment to making RES the very best it can be is evident in all they do, and we are excited to see the great things ahead! ⚓️

We are looking forward to a wonderful year filled with learning, growth, and success. We know our students are in great hands, and we are proud to have these two leading the way!

Parents just wanted to let you know buses will be running a few minutes late this afternoon. We had several new drivers and it took a few extra minutes to get everyone loaded today. Thank you for your patience.

We want to thank our parents and families for your patience and understanding as we work through the heavy traffic during morning drop-off and afternoon pickup. 💙🩶

The first few days of school always bring extra traffic as everyone gets familiar with procedures, traffic patterns, and the best way to keep our Pirates moving safely. We know the wait can be frustrating, but please remember that safety is our top priority.

We are working together to make our car line as smooth and efficient as possible. Please continue to:
⚓ Follow the designated traffic flow
⚓ Stay patient and courteous
⚓ Follow the directions of our staff
⚓ Have students ready to exit quickly in the morning
⚓ Keep safety at the forefront of every trip

While working at RES this evening Mrs Jones snapped this picture! We think it a sign this is going to be the best school year yet! Ready to get this year started. I hope our community knows how much your students are loved and that tomorrow there will be a whole faculty and staff waiting to greet your children!
