We are excited to begin the registration process for this year's Extended Day Intersession Camp! The mission of the Extended Day Academy is to offer many diverse opportunities for your child. During the October Intersession break, the Extended Day Office will host a fun and engaging Arts and STEM Intersession Camp.

Locations: Carver Elementary School and RN Beck Child Development Center (*3/4-year-olds will attend R.N. Beck only)

Hours: 7am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday

Dates: October 12th-16th

Fee: The cost is $80 per child for the week and includes breakfast and lunch.

Happy Spirit Wear Friday!

For the 2026-2027 school year, we will be using Navigate 360, a visitor management system, to enhance security and streamline the student sign-in and sign-out process. Beginning in the upcoming school year, anyone signing students in or out during the school day must present a valid photo ID. Extended Day will also require a valid photo ID to be presented to staff at student pickup.

Accepted forms of ID:
Driver’s license
State-issued ID
Passport

How will the system work?
When arriving at the school, ring the doorbell as you normally would.

Once inside the building, use the Navigate 360 Self-Serve Kiosk to select your reason for visiting the school and scan your photo ID.
Before a student is released, Navigate360 will confirm that the person signing the student out is listed in PowerSchool as having pickup authorization. The front office staff will then complete the sign-in or sign-out process.

Need to make changes to PowerSchool information, including pickup authorization?
Parents or guardians requesting changes to student information in PowerSchool must present a government-issued ID, complete and sign a form at the school. After ID verification, front office staff will process the requested updates. Changes involving guardianship, custody, or other restrictions will continue to require the appropriate supporting documentation.
