Final exams can be stressful, but at Powers Catholic, our students got a much-needed study break with some four-legged visitors. Sometimes, a wagging tail and a few extra smiles are exactly what it takes to recharge and finish strong.

As a school, we are committed to supporting the whole student body, academically, spiritually, and emotionally. Because success isn't just about test scores, it is about creating an environment where every student feels supported, encouraged, and cared for.💙🧡

The Class of 2026 celebrated their final night as Chargers all together at Project Graduation, enjoying arcade games, roller skating, casino games, a photo booth, and more at Zap Zone.

Today, our seniors gathered together in the commons one last time for Senior Breakfast!💙🧡

A morning filled with laughter, memories, and reflection. As classmates shared speeches, the class of 2026 looked back on memories, moments, friendships, and experiences that shaped the past four years at Powers. The celebration also included mock awards distributed to selected seniors.

Before they leave their mark on Powers, some students from the senior class made it official with the Senior Mural!🎨

Designed by our National Arts Honors Society, with a special shoutout to our NAHS President Stephen Lindhurst for leading the vision, this mural was a project every senior had the opportunity to contribute to. A lasting reminder of memories, friendships, and the legacy this class leaves behind. Oh, the places you'll go, Class of 2026!💙🧡

A proud moment for Powers Catholic as one of our very own earned one of the area’s highest honors!💙🧡

The Flint Kiwanis Club hosted its annual Student Scholar Athlete of the Year Awards Luncheon, bringing together all of the monthly nominees and winners from throughout the year. Grant Roberts was honored back in September as a monthly recipient, and today, he was named the 51st Male Scholar Athlete of the Year!

This is an extraordinary achievement and a tremendous honor among some of the area’s top high school senior athletes. We could not be more proud of the hard work, dedication, leadership, and character he has shown both on and off the field.

Congratulations, Grant! Your future is incredibly bright!⚡

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the sacrifice for our country. As a Charger, we are grateful for the heroes who served with courage and protected our freedoms. We pray that God blesses the fallen, comforts their loved ones, and continues to bless our nation. May we never forget the true meaning of Memorial Day.❤💙
