Róisín House at Kettering University

This beautiful vase was handmade by a local artist years ago, and we’ve brought it back to life with oversized white roses.

It’s the little details that give Róisín House its character. We want our students to live somewhere that feels welcoming, cared for, and like home—not just another rental.

🏡 Róisín House — a home with history, character, and a few unexpected touches.

Clean student housing doesn’t happen by accident. We have a detailed checklist that we follow for every changeover. The house is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and restored to its original condition.

We take care of the house so the students can focus on school.

Pretty cool science moment from one of our residents 👇

These “ice spikes” are forming in the ice tray. This only happens when water is extremely clean and pure—

Just another reason we’re proud of our homes:
💧 Filtered, high-quality water
🏡 Clean, well-maintained living
