Thank you to everyone who attended our Data Centers event on Wednesday at the University of Michigan-Flint Riverfront Conference Center! We appreciate you all taking the time to come out and support us and the University of Michigan-Flint School of Management in our efforts to have a productive conversation about data centers.

A special thank you to our incredible speakers, Tyler Theile, Lindsay McGuirk, Jeff Wright, and Rep. David Martin, for generously sharing their expertise and knowledge, and time with us. We also appreciate our moderator, Dr. Michael D. Witt, whose guidance helped create thoughtful conversations and deeper peer connections throughout the evening.

We are looking forward to being joined by Jeff Wright to hear about the environmental effects of Data Centers.

Jeff Wright has served as Genesee County Drain Commissioner for the past 26 years, overseeing the operation of the county's water treatment facility and maintaining the drain system. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of the Karegnondi Water Authority (KWA). KWA operates a pipeline that provides and distributes raw water to the I-69 corridor region, as well as Genesee County’s Water Treatment Plant.
