Our Northridge young men had an incredible opportunity to attend CVI Advocacy Day, where they learned the power of leadership, community engagement, and being a voice for positive change. Through meaningful conversations and inspiring speakers, our scholars saw firsthand how they can make a difference in their neighborhoods and beyond. 🧡

Today’s learners are tomorrow’s leaders, and we are proud to watch them grow into change agents who are committed to healing, empowering, and uplifting their communities. 💙🧡

💰📚 Financial Literacy Presentation – Part 1 📚💰

A huge thank you to Elga Credit Union (Mrs. Kate and Rolo) for presenting to our Kindergarten through 5th-grade students! Students learned valuable lessons about saving money, how bank accounts work, and the importance of protecting their personal information from hackers and scammers.

Building strong financial habits starts early, and our students were engaged and excited to learn skills that will help them make smart financial decisions in the future!

Our 2nd graders are learning about public issues that affect their community, and they identified littering as a problem they wanted to help solve! 🌎🗑️

To put their learning into action, students took a walk around the school grounds and worked together to pick up trash to help keep our campus clean. We are so proud of their commitment to making a positive difference in their community. Great job, 2nd grade! 👏💙
