This past weekend, American Training Institute was proud to attend the Michigan EMS Instructor Coordinators professional development conference in Traverse City, where more than 300 instructor coordinators from across the state came together to learn, collaborate, and share ideas.

We are especially proud of our educator, Jamie Mosher, who presented on how micro and immersion learning can help students retain information and improve patient care. Her presentation highlighted ATI’s micro-learning sessions currently used with Patriot Ambulance personnel and also explored how virtual reality and augmented reality can create realistic, hands-on learning experiences for students in a safe environment.

Jamie’s session drew more than 100 attendees and received a great deal of positive feedback.

We are proud to see ATI represented in such a meaningful way and excited to continue exploring innovative approaches to EMS education.
