UBC Pre-apprentice Carpentry-Flint

Our students were on site last week at Flint commerce Center Building 2, a new ground up warehouse that is part of Ashley Capital’s ongoing transformation of the historic Buick City site.

The Oliver Hatcher construction team, and the construction manager for the project, guided students through the job site, providing a close look at key phases of construction, including precast panel and steel er****on, mass grading with stone, and a concrete pad pour.

We look forward to our future visits on site as the building continues to take shape!
