WINTER BREAK REMINDER:
Scholars will be off for Winter Break on Friday, February 13 through Monday, February 16. District offices will be closed Monday, February 16 in observance of President’s Day. Scholars and staff will return Tuesday, February 17.

Good Morning Brownell Bulldogs!

We DO have school today, January 30. We also have our Mid-Year Honors Ceremony. Grades 3, 4, & 5 will be held at 10:00 sharp. Grades K, 1, 2, and Ms. Grubaugh's class will be held at 2 pm sharp.
Please try to arrive a little early and bring your ID (for security purposes) if you plan to attend.

Did you know that Flint Community Schools has a School Wellness Program? This state grant funded program provides for nurses in every school building and clinical therapists at DTM, Freeman, Holmes, and Southwestern! I am looking for parents and community members that may be interested in sitting on this program's Community Advisory Committee. This committee meets at least twice a year to discuss the program and look at ways to improve its services, to best provide for our scholars.
