We are offering a two part Basic Self Defense Pop-Up Class on Saturday October 22 and Saturday 29 from 1:30PM to 2:30PM.

Hi Martial Arts & Fitness Friends!
Michael Lazarte from Stay Strong BJJ will be coming to our studio to teach a 90 minute, No Gi Brazilian Jujitsu class! Michael Lazarte is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jujitsu and has been teaching since 2013. This seminar will take place on July 8th at 6:30pm and is open to students at our studio ($50) and non-students as well ($60). Please register by July 5th.

Classes for tonight, October 12th are cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Due to the Labor Day holiday, no classes will be held Monday 9/5/21.

Due to TS Ida and flooding roads, all classes are canceled for Wed. September 1

Participating in a black belt is difficult. After 1 1/4 hours if testing, our candidates had to drop to the floor for 100 pushups. Some family members joined for the fun.
