Haven Montessori School

We are hosting our annual Parking Lot Party this Friday at Haven! Last year, the kids had a chance to throw pies in the faces of our staff in exchange for a donation. This year, we’ve upped the ante and we’re going to SHAVE the head of one of our teachers, Mr. Dylan! The goal was $1,000 and we just met it, so Mr. Dylan will be saying goodbye to his locks. All for a good cause of course - he will be donating his beautiful mane, and the funds raised will go towards our garden/outdoor learning environment.

But wait, there’s more! We have a generous donor who will match up to $500 of additional donations received by 12pm this Friday. In other words, if our community can raise $500 more, our total raised for the garden/outdoor environment will go up to $2000!

Thanks to everyone in the Haven community for supporting this fun event. We will be sure to share photos and video of the Big Buzz!

Join us for Pint Night at this Monday! Come learn about Haven Montessori, enter a free raffle, and enjoy fellowship with Haven staff and families! For every pour from the selected taps, Haven will receive two dollars. Cheers!

BINGO, we did it! Thank you to everyone who supported and came to our 3rd Annual Bingo Night. We raised over $9,000 for Haven! These funds are used for the “extras” such as playground improvements (we hope you noticed our new wood chips!), and we continue to sock away funds for a future bathroom renovation. We’d like to thank the incredible individuals and local businesses who provided us with donations of gift cards, cash, and experiences (listed below). And a special shout out to our dedicated, hardworking, creative and hilarious fundraising committee!

Our 3rd Annual Bingo Night fundraiser is one week from today on February 27! For this weekend only, we are returning to early bird pricing ($40 per ticket).

Last year we raised over $10K for our school. The need for supplemental revenue remains urgent as we continue to face uncertain times for public school funding. Gather your family and friends for an evening of exciting games, fabulous prizes, and unforgettable memories as we raise money to help support our mission to provide a rich and nurturing educational experience for all children that will inspire peaceful relations and a lifetime love of learning.

After Feb 22, the price goes back up to $50. Your ticket includes dinner provided by Bigfoot Catering (vegetarian and gluten free options available) and there will be a cash bar for alcoholic beverages.
