Healthy communities start with healthy, high-performing teams. 🏥✨

For several years, Lancaster Leadership has been proud to partner with the Mohave County Department of Public Health, a nationally accredited health department dedicated to promoting, protecting, and improving the health and well-being of their community.

Through ongoing team-building sessions and leadership trainings, we support their staff with tools to build strong trust, clear communication, and organizational health. When dedicated public health professionals invest in their own development, the positive impact ripples directly into the communities they serve.

Thank you to the Mohave County Department of Public Health for your commitment to continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence!

Building strong teams so they can build strong futures for our students. 🍎✨

For several years, Lancaster Leadership has had the honor of partnering with the Coconino County Education Service Agency (CCESA). Operated by the Coconino County School Superintendent, CCESA works tirelessly to ensure that every student in Coconino County, from pre-school through Grade 12, receives an exemplary education.

To support that vital mission, we deliver tailored team-building sessions and leadership trainings for their valued team members, helping them stay connected, aligned, and inspired in the important work they do every day.

When mission-driven teams invest in their own development and culture, the ripple effect reaches the entire community. Thank you, CCESA, for your continued trust and dedication to growth!

Those quiet moments before stepping into the room matter.

Walking in alone, taking a breath, finding my center, and getting ready to deliver.

Before the energy, the people, and the program begins, there’s a moment to pause, reset, and show up with intention.

Ready. Here we go. 💫

So proud of Judy Tincher and the leader she continues to become! ❤️

Judy’s journey is such a wonderful example of what happens when you lead with curiosity, courage, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.

From outdoor leadership and coaching to mindset work and building inclusive communities, Judy continues to find ways to empower others, create connection, and help people discover what they’re capable of.

What I love most about Judy’s story is that she doesn’t wait until she has everything figured out. She stays curious, embraces being a beginner, and keeps growing—and she brings others along with her. Keep being expansive, Judy! 💫

I used to think I hated stories. 😅

When I started coaching and training 15 years ago, I was encouraged to use my own stories. I quickly discovered that the moments I thought were ordinary—successes, failures, and lessons—could have a powerful impact.

Years later, thousands of learners told me what they remembered most: the stories.

That insight led to my REST Model: Relate, Engage, Short, and Theme.

I recently joined Hugh Ballou on The Nonprofit Exchange to discuss how storytelling can strengthen leadership, build connection, and inspire action.

Sometimes, we don’t need to know exactly where the path is leading, we just need to be present enough to take the next step.

This morning, I’m reflecting on gratitude, curiosity, and trusting the journey. ✨ The magic often happens when we stop trying to control the destination and start paying attention to the moment we’re in.

👉 What are you noticing when you give yourself permission to be fully present? Share your thoughts below.

Great leadership doesn’t happen by accident, it’s built through intentional development.

The right leadership development strategy can strengthen communication, build confidence, improve team performance, and prepare leaders to navigate change with greater clarity and impact.

But effective development isn’t one-size-fits-all. It starts with understanding what your leaders and organization need most, and creating opportunities to turn learning into action.

Is bad feedback, or no feedback at all, quietly holding your law firm back? ⚖️

When leaders avoid honest conversations, the hidden costs add up fast: lost productivity, repeated mistakes, and high-performing talent walking out the door.

Building a culture where feedback is clear, actionable, and constructive isn't just nice to have, it's essential for firm growth and retention.
