Operated by the Coconino County School Superintendent, CCESA works tirelessly to ensure that every student in Coconino County, from pre-school through Grade 12, receives an exemplary education.

I used to think I hated stories. 😅

When I started coaching and training 15 years ago, I was encouraged to use my own stories. I quickly discovered that the moments I thought were ordinary—successes, failures, and lessons—could have a powerful impact.

Years later, thousands of learners told me what they remembered most: the stories.

That insight led to my REST Model: Relate, Engage, Short, and Theme.
