We get it, first week of classes, lots going on, we’re figuring out how to connect with others, we’re scared and uncertain, it’s overwhelming, not sure how to manage all our assignments and expectations… and the list goes on…

When life feels chaotic and a bit out of control, it’s important to lean into what you do have control over… your schedule, how you manage it, and what you do with your time.

✨Team Tuesday✨

Yet again, nearing the end of semester with only a few short weeks left!
Yes, there is still time to catch up on missed or late work, and still get your grades up, you got this! 👏🏼

Today we want to highlight one of our Doctoral Practicum students, Ethan Trujillo, who serves as one of our generalist clinicians for the year! Ethan is a great addition to our teams as he brings such calming energy and a passion for helping those in need. Ethan has special interest in working with student-athletes, performance challenges and other areas of concern particular to the athlete. He also enjoys working with symptoms of anxiety, stress management, identity development, behavioral and emotional regulation, and so much more!

He and several of our staff continue to have openings and are here to support your needs this remaining Spring semester, so contact us at 928-523-2261 to get scheduled!

Spring Break has already come and gone, Jacks! T-7 weeks to go!
& yes… there is still time to catch up on missed or late work, and still get your grades up, you got this! 👏🏼

Being that it’s Tuesday, we have another Team highlight!
Today we want to highlight one of our interns, our SUDS GA, Dylan Quinn, who is part-time with us for the year sharing valuable information and supporting those with substance use challenges!
Dylan has been so helpful to our program this year and brings lots of empathy, passion, and delight to our team and those they serve. Dylan also comes with a wealth of other strengths, particularly in areas regarding intersectionalities, social justice advocacy, harm reduction, anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation needs.
