The Martin-Springer Institute continues its year-long speaker series on “Holocaust and Beyond: Weaponizing Hunger” with a presentation by Helene Sinnreich: “A Dybbuk has entered my Belly: Starvation in the Warsaw Ghetto.”

Tuesday, November 18 | 7:00pm | NAU Liberal Arts room 120

Dr. Sinnreich is Professor and Head of the Department of Religious Studies and Director of the Fern and Manfred Steinfeld Program in Judaic Studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is co-editor-in-chief of Holocaust and Genocide Studies.

Come explore the exhibition at the Beasley Gallery, "The Same Stone Heart We Share"

The opening was a great success and the exhibition will be up through November 6th. Come see it now! The Beasley Gallery is on the second floor of the NAU Performing and Fine Arts Building.

"The Same Stone Heart We Share" was a collaboration between CCS, Art, and Geology students.

Students in HUM 395 Digital Humanities visited the reading room and exhibit at Cline Library Special Collections and Archives with Assistant Manager for Archival Processing and CCS alum Erin Carter a few weeks ago. They explored the archival resources of photographer David Muench. The class topic for this semester is digital collection management in archives and digital exhibition design to prepare students for careers in archives, libraries, and museums as part of the Museum Studies program at NAU.
