Instructure has reported an outage for Canvas affecting users globally. NAU will be monitoring the situation and providing updates as necessary.
Our technical teams have resolved the issue preventing NAU account logins. All services requiring NAU authentication are now accessible. If you continue to experience issues logging into your NAU account, contact the ITS Service Desk.
We're looking into an issue affecting NAU logins across multiple university services, including Canvas, LOUIE, id.nau.edu, NAUgo, and more. Our technical teams are currently investigating and working to restore service.
ITS' technical teams have resolved this morning’s Canvas issue, where students and faculty may have experienced missing courses and gradebook entries. If you continue to experience any issues accessing items in Canvas, please contact the ITS Service Desk.
We're aware of an issue affecting Canvas this morning, where students may have missing courses from their Canvas dashboards. Faculty may also find students absent from their Canvas gradebooks. Our technical teams are actively investigating and working to resolve the issue.
Our technical teams have resolved the issue impacting PeopleSoft webpages, with all three LOUIE portals now back online. If you continue to experience any persistent issues when using LOUIE, contact the ITS Service Desk.
Restoration work is ongoing for the outage impacting NAU’s PeopleSoft services, with systems remaining unavailable at this time. Other major university services, such as Canvas and wireless networks, are not affected and remain fully operational.
We’re continuing our restoration efforts on today’s PeopleSoft outage. We’ve identified a root cause, and a path towards full restoration is underway. We’ll provide an additional update before 8 AM tomorrow.
We’re aware of an issue where NAU’s PeopleSoft webpages are currently unavailable for users, including LOUIE, LOUIE HR, and LOUIE Financials. Our technical teams are currently working to diagnose and restore service.
The issue affecting authentication for Microsoft services has been fixed, and users can now log in to Microsoft applications using Duo. If any issues persist, contact the ITS Service Desk using the link in our bio.
