Hey everyone I’m Katelynn from Gamma Phi Beta! When people ask me if they should go through recruitment or not I will always without a doubt say yes! Being in a sorority isn’t something I thought was for me, but my grandma told me I should try it out at least, so I did. Going through recruitment was a mix of emotions; I was excited, nervous, and even scared. At the end of the day it’s the best advice I have ever followed. At NAU I have a whole family surrounding me with love, support, and endless friendship within and outside of my chapter! I love my big and my two littles so much that my entire college experience would be different if I had never met them. Being apart of something bigger than myself inspires me everyday and gives me new opportunities to help the community around me! It’s more than a sorority to me and I hope that one day you will take the chance and get to know that feeling for yourself!

hi! i’m emma and i’m a junior in gphi :) this semester i’ve been studying abroad in athens, greece, and have been lucky enough to also explore other countries. spending time abroad has been such an amazing and transformative experience. i’m here with one of my gphi sisters and best friends holly, and getting to make once in a lifetime memories with her is so special. if you get the opportunity to study abroad, no matter where, take it. it’s been the time of my life, and i’ll always look back on it with fondness in my heart and the biggest smile on my face
