Green Fund Research Grants are now open! The .greenfund Research Grant was created with the vision of incentivizing solution-oriented research on sustainable initiatives local to Flagstaff and NAU. Applications open each fall and spring. All full-time NAU students, graduate and undergraduate, may apply for funding. The application will remain open until Monday, March 21st. Get Involved! Join Arizona PIRG this semester to make a difference on issues that you care about.

Apply now to learn more about our internship and volunteer program!

Arizona PIRG Students is a non-partisan, student-run nonprofit in Arizona that works to protect the public interest and train student activists. We have a 50-year track record of making social change through our organizing efforts on college campuses across the state.

Arizona PIRG interns learn valuable organizing skills, like building a team of volunteers, taking on leadership within a campaign, coordinating events on campus, lobbying elected officials, and interacting with the media. In addition to building skills and adding to a resume, our interns work to create tangible policy change on behalf of the public interest. Interns work between 10-12 hrs per week.
