Sheridan is originally from Paso Robles, CA but spent the last 10 years going to school and working as an Admissions Counselor in Missoula, MT. Here at NAU she is the Graduate Assistant for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Orientation and is a first year in the CSA program. When she's not working, in class, or studying, you can find her spending time outside in the mountains and forests around Flagstaff.

Did you know it snowed in Flagstaff?! Flag actually sits at almost 7,000ft elevation! It snows quite a bit in the winter. But never fear, the sun is soon to be out and the snow will melt in a day or two. Bonus: very low humidity too! @ Flagstaff, Arizona

Student spotlight: Meet Juliana Chiarelli. Juliana is a 1st year student in Counseling Student Affairs from California. She is the GA for the Academic Success Centers where she leads academic workshops and works one-on-one with students to set up weekly tutoring appointments. She has two rabbits and loves coaching swimming. Juliana also takes some of the pictures you see on this Instagram!

Today we spent the class examining three case studies and presenting them in a creative format including skit, interviews, and “one-sentence” stories. We chose two analysis frameworks to draw from (e.g., organizational structure, identity, institutional type) in our analysis and presented possible solutions to the class. Engaged learning!
