Welcome, Brea!
We’re thrilled to welcome (Brea Lengyel) to the Northern Arizona Yoga Center teaching team!

Brea is a health and wellness coach in Flagstaff, specializing in yoga, mindfulness, and movement. She’s also the Assistant Artistic Director for Canyon Movement Company and has a background in behavioral psychology, using her expertise to support clients’ holistic health and emotional well-being through coaching and dance.

Join her for Vinyasa for Athletes — Wednesday nights at 6:00 PM — a dynamic flow designed to build strength, mobility, and balance for every body. 💪🧘‍♀️

Breanna Lengyel is the Assistant Artistic Director for Canyon Movement Company. She has been dancing a variety of styles off-and-on since she was fifteen years old, including ballet, tap, jazz, and hip hop, but fell in love with contemporary-modern as an adult dancer, for its freedom of expression. Breanna is also a health and wellness coach based out of Flagstaff, AZ, specializing in mindfulness meditation and yoga. She has managed a variety of yoga programs at studios & other venues around Flagstaff, including large-scale fundraisers and events, such as pre-concert yoga at venues like the Pepsi Ampitheater. She also provides private and small group coaching sessions in different styles of yoga & meditation, as well as beginning level barre, modern dance, & acro yoga. Originally from California, Breanna received her Bachelors of Arts in Research Psychology from the University of California, San Diego and has worked in the field of behavioral psychology for over a decade, focusing on positive reinforcement & prosocial behaviors.
