TT 8th grader Evelyn Spears opened her season at the Tiger Run in 12:46 for 3K . A 2+ minute PR!!!!

Over six months ago, Evelyn came to us eager to get better. She even skipped track season to focus on building, improving, and focusing long term.

This past weekend, that patience paid off in a BIG way.

Props to Evelyn for trusting the process and putting in the work. And she’s just getting started. 📈

Coach Cave opened up camp last night speaking and motivating our 200+ campers.

He talked about something we believe wholeheartedly: the gap between good and great usually isn’t talent. It’s the small decisions made every day when nobody is watching.

🔴surrounding yourself with great people
🔴betting on yourself. Take the risk.
🔴making daily running automatic
🔴never quitting when it gets tough
🔴trusting your coach
🔴acting with a sense of urgency

We are excited to watch these campers have a great week and carry the momentum they gain into the fall season!

Massive last 150m from to run a big PB on her way to winning Mile Madness.

Sub 5:00 for 1600, 5:00 for the full mile - a goal she set out to capture at the beginning of the season.

Big time race from to cap his high school career. After running 4:25 1600m 3 times, he blasted a 4:22 full mile & heat win in his last race of the season.

Consistency comes before the breakthrough.

Can wait to see him keep improving in college.

8th grader Mavyn Hasch wins state for 1600 in a smooth 5:06 at the KY MS State Meet this past weekend. State champ!

For the last few years Mavyn has been such a fun athlete to coach and teach the proper way to train and race.

She’ll show up day 1 of HS educated, motivated, and totally prepared for the next level.

Keep chasing greatness Mavyn, congrats on a great MS career!
