8th grader Mavyn Hasch wins state for 1600 in a smooth 5:06 at the KY MS State Meet this past weekend. State champ!

For the last few years Mavyn has been such a fun athlete to coach and teach the proper way to train and race.

She’ll show up day 1 of HS educated, motivated, and totally prepared for the next level.

2 Silver Medals at the Utah State Meet for Junior River Shaw.

Both races were tactical and came down to less than a 1 sec difference to separate the top finisher.

He smashed the 3200 after tiring his PR is a kickers race in the 1600. He’s ready to rock n roll at Mile Madness next week for a fast one before heading off to college.

Adam had a tough winter of injuries and setbacks and we are extremely proud of how he fought back, step by step this season.

Season Progression: 4:55, 4:52, 4:53, 4:48, 4:39 for a PR at the State Meet.

We’ve been working with Lily for 4 years, her entire high school career and we couldn’t be more proud.

XC State Champ, 800m State Champ, 1600m State Champ, Dream Mile Champ.

Lily will compete at New Balance Nationals to try and break 4:50 in her final HS race before gearing up to head to the University of Kentucky in the fall!
