We love to see athletes commit to something and see it through.
Last Saturday, we had a handful of athletes compete at the Pick and Shovel Classic Powerlifting Meet at
WE HAVE SOME STRONG PEOPLE IN OUR GYM.
So proud of this group of people. They decided on a goal to compete. They followed the program. They executed with MASSIVE PRs. It was quite the site to see.

Thanksgiving Week Schedule 🍗
Our hope this year is that this holiday season is restful and full of joy. We have a few more months of 2025, then we get to reset with a new year. Take this time doing things that rejuvenate you, bring you life. Maybe that’s eating Thanksgiving dinner with friends & family. Maybe that’s going on a long hike by yourself. Maybe that’s doing a hard heavy bag workout before Thanksgiving dinner. Whatever you do, really enjoy it. Be grateful you get to move. Be grateful you get to do things that you love. Because that is what this season is all about right? Being grateful to be alive and be human.
Members remember you have access to the gym at any time. Scan on it to get a lift in or use the fight floor.

Couldn’t be more proud of the mma team for their fights this weekend. For both these warriors, it unfortunately wasn’t their night.
This sport is brutal and leaves little room for error, and that’s why we love it. It has a standard that requires a great amount of effort to hold. As much as these loses can hurt, they are essential for our growth and to highlight where we can, and must, be better.
Both Carmen and Beris showed courage and heart above and beyond most men and handled defeat with grace and humility of a warrior. Couldn’t be more proud to work alongside side these fighters as they continue to grow and develop their game!
