Unfortunately we had to move 7th grade field day inside! Two years in a row for these kids but we still managed to make the best of it!!

Congrats to Ms. Durand’s advisory for being the overall tug of war winners!!

Also huge thank you to Gear up for purchasing shirts for the 7th grade students and for Mr. Cole helping out!!

Another successful field day! Today was 6th grade! Our winning advisory was Ms. Kennedy’s class.

Longsjo Middle School's Grade 8 ELA and Social Studies classes and Fitchburg Public Schools were honored to host Mr. David Fogel and his wife, Terri on Monday, June 15th for three consecutive hour-long presentations about David's father, Eugene Fogel, a Holocaust survivor.

Our community is grateful to David and Terri Fogel for opening their own hearts to Longsjo students and staff, and enjoying their time with our students and with us!

8th grade field day was a huge success!! Our winning advisory was Mrs. Valera’s class! With help from Ms. Shilpa during the tug of war tie breaker!

A huge thank you to Coach Orsini and Coach Arciprete for organizing an incredible event to honor our unified basketball athletes and partners!

Each athlete and partner received a certificate, ribbon, framed photo, and a commemorative team t-shirt. We also enjoyed a highlight video featuring photos and memories from throughout the season, bringing back so many great moments from our journey together. We are so proud of everything this team accomplished both on and off the court.

Here’s to many more seasons of inclusion, friendship, and teamwork! ❤️ 🩶

Our 8th grade students had an amazing time in Washington, D.C.!

From exploring historic landmarks and monuments to making lifelong memories with friends, this trip was an unforgettable experience. We are so proud of how our students represented our school while learning about our nation’s history and government firsthand.

Remember no school this Friday!

AND THEY’RE OFF! Good luck and have a great time to our Olympians headed to Washington, DC!!!
