Today marks one year of this sweet boy passing over the rainbow bridge. At 20 years old, he was sassy, sweet, and my lovely grumpy old man. Hissy to outsiders - but so tolerant with the kids.

I finally got his pawprint tattooed on my arm - just where he would tap me and ask for me to hold his paw while I was working. My constant companion and loving friend. Miss you so much my sweet Simon.

Two opportunities to learn about Kundalini Yoga. My Introduction to Kundalini Yoga this coming weekend at main street yoga in Stoughton and my regular class at Mala Yoga Center every Thursday at 5:30pm. Have more questions? Come see me Thursday!

This powerful practice is a great way to dive deeper into your yoga journey. The intro class will be taught in an accessible way for all body types and abilities. Chairs and props will be available. Many of these practices can look like meditation, but can release stored trauma from the body and allow a deeper sense of peace.

Please join me for Kitty Yoga on Wednesday March 6th at 5:30pm at West Towne Vet Clinic. I'm so very excited! This will be a gentle Vinyasa Flow with plenty of restorative poses - puuurrrrrfect for the end of a long day and kitty snuggles. Cost is $30 with half benefitting MCP, DCHS, and Underdog Pet Rescue.
