Did you know that August is National Wellness Month? The Library invites the Fitchburg State community to take some time this month to pause and recharge before the new school year starts.

We have curated a range of sources to help you engage in some well deserved relaxation and self-care with a display of print books and games on the first floor.

If you are not on campus at this time we still have you covered with this collection of eBooks and audiobooks accessible at tiny.cc/WellnessMonthGuide

AI companies are quietly obtaining rare books, ingesting their contents, and then destroying them -- even if they're exceedingly rare.

We are sad to share the news that Dr. Laura Bayless, who devoted years of her life to Fitchburg State as Vice President for Student Affairs, passed away this weekend following a long illness. Laura knew student success was measured not just in grades, but in the diverse opportunities of a thriving community where every member felt seen, heard, and valued. Laura built a remarkable career upon that foundation, and that work will endure.
