Join us Friday, June 5 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. for Unplugged & Connected: A Youth-Led Dialogue on Digital Well-Being. We're bringing together a panel of youth leaders to share raw, honest perspectives on how constant connectivity impacts anxiety, depression and self-image. Moderated by Dr.Michael Tsappis, this event is designed to bridge the gap between clinical insight and lived experience, offering a judgment-free space for young people to be heard and a vital opportunity for adults to listen. Dr. Michael Tsappis is an attending psychiatrist at Boston Children’s Hospital and an instructor at Harvard Medical School. As a board-certified expert in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Dr. Tsappis co-founded the Clinic for Interactive Media and Internet Disorders to research and treat problematic media use.
