As we wrap up our training week, we had the opportunity to learn about something a little unexpected… buffaloes! 🦬
Buffaloes are unique because when a storm is coming, they run toward it rather than away from it. But what really stood out to us is that they stay together as a herd. They don’t scatter when things get hard they face the storm together.
Cows tend to scatter when a storm comes, separating from one another. And stay in the storm for much longer than needed run within the storm in a cycled pattern.
As we all know, every workplace has its storms. Working with children is incredibly rewarding, but there are also days that can be challenging, overwhelming, and exhausting. The difference is how we choose to face those moments.
This week has reminded us that we don’t just want to work alongside one another, we want to grow together, laugh together, celebrate together, support one another, and face the storms together.
Our training week has been filled with love, laughter, learning, perseverance, growth, and unity. We have gained new knowledge, revisited important practices, strengthened our classrooms, and most importantly, strengthened one another.
Through thick and thin, we are blessed to walk alongside your children, supporting them, loving them, and helping them grow TOGETHER!
Here’s to an incredible school year!
We are ready. We are united. We are blessed.
And we are going into this year TOGETHER! 🐃💙
To our Bethany families, thank you for understanding the importance of this week. The time we spend learning and growing together helps us return to the classroom better prepared to love, teach, guide, and care for your children.
