I think about a specific kind of woman a lot in this work. - because I was her and if I'm honest, still am at times.
She's the one whose phone buzzes at 9pm and she answers it anyway, even though she just sat down. The one who says "I've got it" before the other person even finishes the sentence. The one who has never, not once, been the reason something fell apart - because she wouldn't let it.
For years, I watched women like her walk into our first conversation already apologizing. Apologizing for needing an hour to themselves. Apologizing for not having it all figured out. Apologizing, somehow, for being tired.
Here's what I've learned, over and over: being reliable was never supposed to cost you yourself.
You've spent years being the capable one. The one who doesn't drop the ball, even when you're the one running on empty behind the scenes. And somewhere in all that holding everything together, you may have quietly lost track of what you actually want underneath it.
That's not a flaw in you. That's simply what happens when you're highly responsible in a world that rewards exactly that - and keeps asking for more of it, without ever asking what it's costing you.
I don't think enough people say that part out loud. So I will.
If you read this and felt something quietly nod back - I see you. This is exactly who I built WithinU Coaching for.
Comment "CLARITY" and I'll send you the details for an exploratory call.
