Ford Fitness "Power Words" of the Week!
Whenever we are trying to "level up" our lives or become the person we want to be, it is always a fight-but it's not a fight against others; no, the real fight is against who you are now-your habits, your mindset, and how high your "I.Q." is...and by that I mean your, "I Quit" level.
When these moments happen, the best question to ask yourself to find your personal power is this: Why?
* Why did I start this business?
* Why did I buy that gym membership?
* Why did I dodge the doughnut box in the break room this time?
See, if you have a strong enough WHY...you can do any HOW! So ask yourself this week when your goal journey gets tough, "why?" Think of the motivations that got you started, remember the emotions you felt that put you in motion. Keep those inside, write them down on paper to see everyday.
FUEL YOUR OWN FIRE TO GO HIGHER!! You got this...you didn't come this far to come this far! Have a successful week everyone!...Until next time..

Like this Olympian, you can make a decision to find your heart to thrive and as they say in track, โstart kickingโ, before you know it that friend called momentum shows its head-the scales down 5lbs, that ideal client calls back, etc...BUT DONโT STOP THERE MY FRIEND! With your new vision, you have to keep going, take it up an notch and let your dream colorize your effort! See yourself and work your way towards your goals, the Top of your field.
