This great company was established in 2013 by our friend Joe Stites who did an amazing job growing the company and serving so many in Central Indiana, the state of Indiana and beyond for 9 years. We are ready to serve previous clients as well as new clients looking for mobile refrigeration options! We deliver right to your location and can offer you a 7ft x 12ft or 7ft x 16ft mobile trailer as a freezer or cooler!

We are super close to being finished with our third flip! This condo should hit the market this week. Today is Nick’s birthday and he has worked so hard on this place. Go NICK!! Excited to see how the new owner likes his handy work! Still some punchlist items to finish but ….. almost there!

Nick has been working on flipping another condo for several months. It is close to Broad Ripple in Indy. I just now stepped in to help with the backsplash and after about 5.5 hours this weekend, it is complete. Still several things to do before we can list this one but one step closer!

Ok ok!!! Time for some “after” shots of our master bath! We still need to put up trim and do some caulking/sealing but that’s pretty much it! Oh, and get some rugs and decorate!

Continuing to progress!! My finger is raw from grouting all day yesterday. Now to grout the floor. 😳 Nick is rebuilding the subfloor in a few places, will love the vanities and continue to lay floor tile today. Wish us luck!
