Claire Graham founded Dance Abilities with the Academy of Dance Arts in Fishers four years ago to serve kids and adults with special needs, inspired by her sister and best friend, Caroline Liechty, who has Down syndrome. The program uses dance to build gross motor skills, endurance and strength, while providing a social outlet, community and enabling expression beyond words through movement

Our Dance Abilities program is in its 4th year. The director, Miss Claire, is highly qualified. She has her MS in Recreational Therapy but also has a Minor in Adaptive Movement and Exercise. She has researched how to best present dance to dancers of all ages and abilities and is offering classes for all ages. Register now.
