Katie here with a few simple tips to help you get the MOST out of your 45 minutes at Burn 💪💙💛
🔥 Tip #1: Don’t skip the warm-upWe know life happens, but try to make missing the warm-up the exception, not the norm! Your warm-up helps get those muscles activated, stretched, and ready to work — leading to a safer, more effective workout and helping prevent injury.
🙌 Tip #2: Say YES during campWhen trainers ask “Make sense?” or “Say yes!” — give us that strong YES 👏 Not only does it help us know you’re locked in, but it’s also a reminder to yourself that you CAN do hard things. The confidence you build in camp carries over into everyday life, too.
🧘 Tip #3: Stay for the cooldownCooldowns matter! Taking those final minutes to bring your heart rate down, stretch, recover, and connect as a community is just as important as the workout itself. Plus, you never know what education, motivation, or encouragement you might walk away with ❤️
