🌲 We’re Hiring Naturalist Interns – Live & Work Near Yosemite!

Spend your season inspiring students while living and working in the beautiful Sierra Nevada just minutes from Yosemite National Park.

Camp Green Meadows Outdoor School is seeking enthusiastic Naturalist Interns to join our residential outdoor education team in Fish Camp, California. For over 60 years, our program has helped students connect with the natural world through hands-on science, exploration, and outdoor adventure.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead small groups of students on forest and creek hikes
• Teach lessons on ecology, watersheds, forests, and wildlife
• Facilitate hands-on science activities
• Support visiting teachers and cabin leaders
• Help create a safe, engaging residential camp experience

Students from Westside Union Elementary School enjoyed a winter wonderland at Camp Green Meadows, which received 4½ feet of snow this week!

Led by Camp Green Meadows naturalists Coprinellus (Mushroom), Grizzly, Lady Bug, Owl, Panda and Ice Bear, students enjoyed a snowy hike and made the most of the wintery weather, which was a first for many students.

Today marks our first day open since March of last year, and we had the pleasure of welcoming Luther Burbank Elementary School. We can’t wait for other schools to visit and enjoy more outdoor experiences.
