Reflections Salon at Millstream

Reflections Salon at Millstream Millstream Cosmetology The first year allows students to acquire theory, lab, and clinic hours towards their licensure with basic curriculum for cosmetology.

Cosmetology is a two year program designed for students who desire to become a licensed professional which offered at Millstream Career Center in Findlay, Ohio. The second year contains curriculum required for students to qualify to take their state board licensing examination. Taught by instructors Heather Schroeder & Annie Helbert.
