This month we are recognizing the incredible people who went above and beyond this summer in preparation for the new school year.
Our Food Service team deserve a huge thank you for their tireless dedication to providing the meals for the summer meal program. The district and community is grateful for your hard work!🥰
Our maintenance, transportation, custodial, and tech departments have done absolutely phenomenal work making sure the grounds, transportation, buildings, technological items were not just kept up but in great shape, and ready for the first day.
You all are greatly appreciated! Filer wouldn't be fantastic without you!🐾

On Monday we had our FSD Staff Welcome Back Event! We were ecstatic to be able to meet the new faces and see the returning faces again! 👋
A big thank you to Truleap Technologies, BPA Health, CapEd, and Filer School District for their donations and continued support to our FSD Family!💕
We were so fortunate to have 5 wonderful baskets generously donated to our staff that went to our lucky drawing winners.

🥳Ryan Alexander, our new Maintenance & Transportation Director, won a delightful basket from BPA Health featuring a gorgeous assortment of Kneaders delicious treats and cookies.

🥳Patrick Patterson, our new Assistant Principal at FHS, won a timeless decorative basket from Filer School District featuring delicious whole bean coffee beans in an assortment of roasts, along with 2 fancy Filer tumblers!

🥳Shane Kestler, our new Pre-School Para at FES, won a beautiful basket from TruLeap Technologies featuring all the handy school supplies to start the school year and a few tasty snacks to help her power through the first few days!

🥳Jessica Whisenhunt-Santana, one of our first grade teachers at FES, won the other beautiful basket from TruLeap Technologies featuring fantastic school supplies to start the school year and a few yummy snacks to help her power through the first few days!

🥳Austin Jarolimek, from our IT Department, won a fun tote bag from CapEd featuring 2 movie ticket vouchers, a stylish mouse pad/charger, a convenient magnetic charger, and handy markers and notebooks!
