FBS Chess Club is open to students in grades 4–12, and all skill levels are welcome! Practices begin September 14 and will be held Mondays from 3:30–5:00 PM, with flexibility around sports and other activities.

Week in Review | First Week of School! 💜

What a great first week back at Fessenden-Bowdon! We spent the week building relationships, setting expectations, and getting back into the rhythm of learning.

We also cheered on our athletes at the first JH football game and watched our seniors begin their final year of high school!

We’re excited for all the learning, growth, memories, and opportunities ahead. Here’s to a great school year!

21st Century After School Program Registration!

Registration forms are coming home with students in grades K–6! Our program begins September 1 and runs Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3:30–5:30 PM.

Students will enjoy homework help, enrichment activities, recess, and a snack!

Please return registration forms to the office by August 27 so we can plan for the year.

The HWC Hornets are back under the Friday night lights! The Hornets take on Edgeley/Ellendale/Kulm tonight in Harvey.

Every morning, a different grade has the opportunity to lead our school in the Pledge of Allegiance, and today, our kindergarteners did a wonderful job! It’s a great way to start our day together as a school community.

And just like that, we’ve made it through our first few days! When Friday rolls around, our final bell is always a fun song to send us into the weekend! We’ll see everyone on Monday for a full week of school!
