Amend the participation agreement to address issues that arise or changes in operations or the law
All comments and material posted to FISD-sponsored sites become the district’s property. By participating, users give FISD the irrevocable right and license to display, modify, reproduce, distribute, create other works from and publish submissions. Users also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the district, as well as its employees and affiliates, against damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, causes of action, costs or expenses arising out of any claim by a third party relating to material posted on FISD-sponsored sites.
