Looking to explore a career on the water? This 6-week paid summer program offers hands-on experience, training, and a pathway into maritime careers.

📍 Location: Bellingham Waterfront (Squalicum Harbor)
📅 Program Dates: July 6 – August 14, 2026
🕘 Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Eligibility:
• Ages 18–29
• Unemployed or underemployed
• Resident of Whatcom or Skagit County
• No prior experience needed

Participants will gain workplace skills, hands-on training, and real job experience with a local marine company.

• Registration Opens: March 30, 2026
• Auditions: May 18–29, 2026
• Selections: June 1, 2026

🌿 Camp Qay’tlet: Healing Together Youth Camp 🌿

Lummi Nation Behavioral Health invites youth to join a meaningful and supportive experience focused on healing, connection, and community.

📅 Dates: Monday, August 10 – Thursday, August 13, 2026
👧🏽🧑🏽 Who: Students entering 1st–12th grade
📍 Location: Camp Lutherwood
🛏️ Details: 4 days, 3 nights (overnight camp)
⚠️ Space is limited - Registration deadline May 13, 2026

This youth grief camp offers a safe and nurturing space for Lummi community youth to come together, explore grief and loss, and build connections. Participants will engage in grief education sessions along with traditional camp activities such as hiking, arts and crafts, and team-building games.

Guided by trusted counselors and supported by peers, youth will take part in a shared journey of comfort, understanding, and healing—grounded in community values, cultural connection, and the strength of coming together.
