Now more than ever we need easier, affordable access to mental health care and we need to push to lose the stigma around needing help. If you are struggling, please reach out to a health care professional for treatment.

If you are in a privileged enough position to have access and affordable healthcare, work to fight for access for all.

👉Educate Yourself and Others: Stay informed on local and national healthcare policy debates and share accurate, evidence-based information with your network.

👉Vote: Support candidates who prioritize healthcare reform and affordability.

👉Be a Smart Healthcare Consumer: When possible, seek care from high-value, in-network providers, question bills for accuracy, and utilize lower-cost options like urgent care or telehealth for non-emergencies.

👉Support Local Efforts: Volunteer time or resources to local clinics, food banks, or organizations that provide services to the uninsured or underinsured in your community.
