Exposure changes everything! 🪴
One thing I’m intentional about with Bee's Beauty Academy is making sure my students don’t just hear about what’s possible in the beauty industry. I want them to SEE it, experience it and have access to the people who are actually doing it.
Our field trip gave our students the opportunity to step inside two incredible beauty businesses and learn directly from the women who built it.
Thank you and the entire team for welcoming us, pouring into our students and showing them what it looks like to build, grow and employ others.

Sometimes a young girl just needs to walk into a room and see a woman who looks like her thriving to realize, “I can do this too.”
