A huge thank you to our Parent Club and all of the volunteers who made this year’s Wildcat Walk such a success! 🐾

The Wildcat Walk is more than a tradition—it’s a celebration of the community that supports our students every step of the way. Whether students began their journey here as Mustangs or joined us later, Ferndale is a place where everyone belongs, everyone is supported, and everyone has the opportunity to become a champion.

Class of 2026: Quinn Stokesberry
Quinn will attend CR for two years and then transfer to Oregon Tech for Radiology.
Her favorite part of Ferndale High School is the loving community and the friends she has made along the way. Her favorite Teachers have been Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Bigham because they were always there to help her.

Class of 2026: Tinnley Pidgeon

Tinnley's plans after graduation are to attend Texas Tech University to study Kinesiology. Her ultimate career goal is to be a Certified Athletic Trainer and Licensed Physician Assistant working with high level athletes in a wide variety of sports. Her favorite part of Ferndale High School is the community, both inside and outside of the school. When she states community outside she means the love and support from members of surrounding communities. Families come to sporting events even if they have no one to watch, they are supporting Ferndale students. When she states the community inside she means the family. She comes to school excited to see her friends that she has grown up with and her teachers that would sacrifice so much for her. In reality, Ferndale High School is incomparable to any place, the school, people within it, and what it means to the people outside of it are her favorite. Tinnley could say that almost every teacher or staff member at Ferndale High is her favorite. She has teachers that are like my second mothers like Mrs. A and Mrs. McDonald. Who has a teacher that would fly halfway across the country to visit a college with you? She did, Mrs. McDonald has welcomed her not only into her school family, but her real family. She has changed her life, not only impacting her future career, but the person she wants to be. Mr. Licona lets her rant all day long. Mr. Michael is not only a fantastic teacher, but to say the least, he is her support beam when she needs it most, high school would have been a real struggle without him. Mr. O'Day is her coach, mentor, hype man, reality checker, and travel buddy, school would be real boring without him. She has something to say about almost every teacher, there could never be a favorite for her.

Class of 2026: Ethan Weitzel

Ethan will be attending Sacramento State and study Engineering. He hopes to become an engineer and have a successful career. His favorite part of Ferndale high school is the support from all the teachers and community. A teacher that has made an impact is Mr. Licona because of the welcome greetings everyday and his constant motivation.

Class of 2026: Tanner Pidgeon

After graduation Tanner will be attending College of the Redwoods to study Agriculture and play football. His goal after school is to work in the Dairy Industry with his uncle. He has enjoyed the Football games during his time at Ferndale High School. A teacher who has made an impact is Mrs. A, because she has helped guide him down the right path.

Class of 2026: Tristen Titus

Tristen plans after graduation are to attend Butte College for heavy equipment. His ultimate career goal: work construction and run heavy equipment. His favorite part of Ferndale high school is the small school atmosphere. His favorite staff member is Nick Titus because he is his uncle and he has helped him out over the years.
