Brooks Studio of Music

Brooks Studio of Music Teacher and Performer of Piano, Voice, Woodwinds, Brass, Strings and Guitar. In addition, students I have a BM in Music Education from the University of Maine.

I taught middle school band and chorus, with extra groups: Middle school Show Chorus and High School Jazz Ensemble and Marching band from 1999-2003 in Newport, Maine. I have also been a worship leader in the last three churches we have attended, as well as accompanied many plays, Cantatas and organized orchestras for those productions. Most recently I built the Fine Arts program at Faith Christi

an Academy (FCA). This program consisted of Piano Lab for high school students, Visual Art class for high school students, Musical Theater, 1-12th grade chorus', Kindergarten music appreciation and elementary visual arts class. Since 1999, I have had a thriving Private Music Studio (in Maine) that has had over 75 students. Many students that have attended have made district and state festivals, and have gone on to be very successful in their music careers as well as continue their love for music.
