We’re proud to announce that the Fernandina Beach High School Foundation has awarded more than $26,000 in Program Grants to Fernandina Beach High School teachers and Fernandina Beach Middle School teachers!
These grants provide our teachers with resources, technology, equipment and hands-on learning materials that enhance classroom experiences and give students new opportunities to learn and engage.
From journalism and marine science to CPR training, world languages, history, psychology, biology, art and more, this year’s grants will make a difference for hundreds of students. And, for the first time, the Foundation has included Middle School teachers who teach 8th grade classes that qualify for high school credit.
This is what the FBHS Foundation is all about: investing in our schools and supporting the teachers and students who make our community stronger.
