I know where you are right now. The lessons that worked a month ago don't land the same way. Behavior is escalating. Your to-do list has a to-do list. And somewhere between the field trips, the testing, and the end-of-year chaos, you're still showing up every single day trying to make it meaningful for your students.
That's not nothing. That's everything.
It's Teacher Appreciation Week, and while we believe educators like you deserve to be celebrated every single day of the year, this week we especially want to say it: you are a superhero. Thank you for the work you do.
Now, instead of just saying that, I want to offer you something that might actually help: this month's TeacherCon.
It's three free evenings designed for exactly where you are right now, with strategies you can use the very next morning.
📅 May 5-7
💻 100% online | Free to attend
📜 PD Certificates of Completion provided to attendees
In just three evenings, you’ll walk away with:
✔ Practical strategies to respond to behavior with clarity and confidence
✔ Tools to support students’ needs while maximizing learning time
✔ Ways to keep students engaged, connected, and learning through the final stretch
Over three days, you’ll join me and our faculty for powerful 75-minute sessions focused on what you and your students need most right now:
Day 1 — HUMAN INTELLIGENCE
Every superhero has an origin story. AI is moving fast, but here's what no algorithm can do: earn a child's trust, sense what they're not saying, or turn a tough day into a breakthrough. Join Dr. Ilana Nankin and Michael Fenchel to activate the five layers of Human Intelligence and step into your classroom as the human-centered educator your students need.
Day 2 — FEEL
The end-of-year intensity is real. In this workshop led by Dr. Ilana Nankin and Sam Levine, you'll build the dual superpowers of emotional and somatic intelligence: trauma-informed techniques to regulate yourself, co-regulate with students, and lead from within when everything around you feels like chaos.
Day 3 — CONNECT
When students feel seen, safe, and supported, engagement goes up, behavior issues go down, and learning sticks. In this grand finale, you'll activate social and universal intelligence with rituals, routines, and communication practices that turn your classroom from a struggle bus into a community.
My hope is that you leave TeacherCon with tools you can use immediately to support your students and make these final weeks truly count.
