The Fergus Falls Fish & Game Club is one of the sponsors of the upcoming MN Duck Summit. If you are a person that has seen the decrease in waterfowl numbers in the State of Minnesota this is a day and a half Summit that you will find very interesting. There will be presentations from the MNDNR, USFWS, PF, DU, BWSR and Duck Hunters, young and old, on what they have seen over the years. Topics will range from loss of habitat, invasives in our wetlands, wetland laws, waterfowl limits and hunting seasons. Minnesota has always been known as a duck producing State, but we have seen the numbers decrease over the years. The Summit will be held in Nicollet, MN on March 27th and 28th 2026. The cost to attend the two-day Summit is $30. There will also be a Porkchop Dinner on Friday night the 27th for $50 which will include the two-day Summit. For more information and to register go to the FFF&GC website (fffgcmn.org) and go to the MN Duck Summit page. The Dinner will be limited to the first 200 people who register. We hope to see you at this very informative Summit.
