Time flies when you are having fun! We got so caught up in summer meal planning and our amazing "Taste the World: South Korea" features that we almost missed a huge milestone.
This is the absolute final week for our incredible seniors! To send them off in style, we have been quietly rolling out a not so secret, special menu item every single day this week at the RCFC. Let's give our seniors the delicious send-off they deserve. Give us a ๐ below if you are an Otter alum.

That is a wrap on our Taste the World culinary adventure! We are so proud of the incredible journey that took us around the globe and straight into the classroom this year. Giving our kids the chance to experience such a rich diversity of global cuisines has been absolutely amazing! ๐โค๏ธ
But guess what? The journey doesn't stop here. Itโs just moving closer to home! ๐๐จ
Get ready for our next stop: TASTE THE STATES (2026โ2027)! ๐ฆ

America is massive, and while a lot of towns might look just like Fergus or Fargo, every single state has a unique culinary footprint. Next year, we will be featuring signature dishes and special local ingredients that make each state unique. ๐ฅ๐ต๐ฆ
New places. New flavors. The same incredible adventure together!

That is how much fresh greens we are prep-washing 5 times over for today's Taste the World: South Korea menu!
We are turning this massive harvest into delicious with two incredible ingredients:
๐ฅ Fresh, tangy kimchi
โจ A light, savory ginger glaze
They are the perfect pairing for our tender Beef Bulgogi and nutrient-packed Forbidden Rice blend. Dinner is served! ๐ฐ๐ท๐ฅข

This Tuesday, we are serving up our own special twist on Hotteok (sweet Korean pancakes) at ALL schoolsโincluding the River City Food Court! ๐ฅโจ
Our team made the sweet, gooey syrup today, and let us tell you... it is absolutely amazing. We cannot wait to see what the kids think of this sweet treat!

This year has been an absolute culinary adventure. Our students stamped their passports across the USA, China, Italy, India, Mexico, Japan, and now, South Korea! ๐บ๏ธ๐ฅข We didn't just explore incredible new flavors in the cafeteria; we also dove deep into the rich cultures, traditions, and histories of each country right in the classroom.
